What to Expect

Making an Appointment

All visits are by appointment only. Please call us at (717) 272-2453 to make an appointment.

What to Bring

In order to be prepared for your appointment, please bring:

• Forms: Please download the forms from our website and complete them prior to your appointment. This will help speed up the check in process.
• Medical Records: If your pet has medical records from a prior veterinarian, have your previous vet mail all hard copies only to 429 E Cumberland St, Lebanon, PA 17042. It is important so we know your pet’s full history.

During the Appointment

When you arrive, our receptionist will collect your forms and records and will complete the check in process. Once that is complete, you will be taken into an exam room where Dr. Jaffri will examine your pet. He will make appropriate recommendations for your pet’s situation and thoroughly explain each step to you.

All payments are due at the time of service. We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Credit, and Debit.
